Resolved

Impact: Between approximately 4:19 PM and 5:12 PM EDT on August 25, custom middleware endpoints were unavailable. During this time, integration events sent through those middlewares may not have reached Maven systems.

What happened: A DNS configuration change affected routing to middleware endpoints. The middleware services remained running, but incoming requests could not reliably reach them.

Resolution: We reversed the configuration change and restored normal connectivity.

Current status: Resolved. Middleware endpoints are operating normally. While we see queued up events resend for many customers are we are reviewing customer specific impact now.
